One of My favorite things "Night Lights "

Tonight, Im going on a date with John while the girls attend NIGHT LIGHTS. Night Lights is in North Little Rock hosted by Indian Hills Baptist Church ran by a group of theraphists and volunteers. It is AMAZING. We love it! The best news it is cheap cheap for a sitter.

So, Night's Light is a monthly Kids Night Out program for children ages 12 and under with Autism, Asperger's, or Pervasive Developmental Disorders, and their siblings.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this program. Don't believe me though.. Check it out right here..

My journey

I am dating a very special man (John) and he has two daughters (6 and 8) with special needs. He has practically raised them on his own. His story is amazing. And at the end of his story he says "the decision to raise my girls was the easiest choice I've made".

I feel unsure how much to share with the world and the details so for now I will leave out the names. Hopefully it wont get confusing.

His oldest was diagnosed with Soto's syndrome, Seizure disorder and Developmental delay. His youngest has Autism.

As we progress in our relationship the amount of information I find is overwhelming and hard to keep track of all the right information. So, this is where I made this blog.. A place to share information I've learned as I journey through life with my little family.
